Only the Brides/Grooms of the Nath Community will be registered on the App/Website of NathVivah.
Once a name is registered it cannot be transferred to another name.
The names will be registered as per the membership plan to continue your membership you will have to pay the renewal fees.
Fees once deposited will not be refunded.
Making payment (online/cheque/cash) We(NathVivah) assume that you completely agree, have gone through our website, and are ready for registration.
Once you make payment the fees will not be refunded at any cost.
After the registration, members must contact the respective party on their own.
We(NathVivah) work for both the parties i.e. Bride and Groom sincerely and promptly, so the members should provide us with true and reliable information on the proposals.
If any match is fixed personally or through NathVivah, the members must inform us immediately so we can update our records and avoid unnecessary time wastage by other members.
We(NathVivah) are not responsible for any kind of dispute.
We(NathVivah) do not guarantee or promise that a match will be made within a certain period after registration.
Registered members, can contact interested members of their own. We do not guarantee/claim the information received and respective parties should verify the information of interested parties of their own.
Any misuse of the information obtained from the NathVivah, by any member, may lead to permanent cancellation of the member's registration.
While looking through the proposals, it is essential to note the Registered Mobile Number as all official communication is carried out with the help of this number.
The registration of NathVivah membership and all services are deemed to have been entered into within the territorial Jurisdiction of the Nashik District, Maharashtra State, India.
The Members unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences if any shall be governed by the Laws of India and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of appropriate court of law in the Nashik District, Maharashtra State, India.
